| The existing tenants were due to leave and were responsible to make repairs to the property under the terms of the existing lease.
Significant repair works were required to the windows and the surveyor had determined that a full window renewal would be carried out for the sum of £500,000.
The contractor, Richardson & Starling, offered the Window Care Repair solution for the window repairs and the client was impressed by the system.
Not only did the window care works allow the client to continue working within the property undisturbed, the cost of repairs was reduced to £83,000 which gave a significant cost saving.
